SHIPPING POLICY

1. Where We Ship

Seoulendy currently ships to all 50 US states. International shipping is coming soon — sign up to our newsletter to be notified when we expand to your country.

 

2. Processing Time

All orders are processed within 24–48 hours, Monday through Friday. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next business day. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details as soon as your order ships.

Delivery times are estimates and begin from the date of shipment, not the date of order. Seoulendy is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather events, or circumstances beyond our control.

 

4. Shipping Costs

       Standard Shipping: Free on all orders over $50. $4.99 for orders under $50.

       Expedited & Express: Calculated at checkout based on destination and weight.

 

 

5. Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number. You can track your package directly through our website or the carrier’s site. If you haven’t received tracking within 48 hours of your order, please check your spam folder or contact us at sales@seoulendy.com.

 

6. Lost or Stolen Packages

If your tracking shows “delivered” but you haven’t received your package, please:

1.     Check with neighbors and building reception.

2.     Wait 24 hours — deliveries are sometimes marked delivered early.

3.     Contact us at sales@seoulendy.com if the issue persists.

 

We will work with the carrier to investigate and, where applicable, reship or refund your order.

 

7. Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. Seoulendy is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses. If you notice an error after placing your order, contact us immediately at sales@seoulendy.com — if the order hasn’t shipped yet, we can update it.
